When using Form order you can:

  • Change the order of how your forms appear.
  • Define a strict order forms have to be used in.
  • Hide forms that no longer are in use.

Important: Form order is only available on the Business plan.

‍

How to change the order forms appear

To change the order that forms appear when entering data go to Forms on the web dashboard and then click on Form order:

From here you, drag your forms around and click Save once you are done.

Then, try collecting data to confirm that they are in the order you want them.

‍

How to set a strict workflow

After you have the form in the order you want them to appear you can go a step further create a strict custom workflow

‍

Per each form of your forms you can turn on/off:

  • Enforce order: When turned "ON", this form will have to be used in this set order.
  • Allow only once per case: When turned "ON", this form can only be used once per case. If turned OFF then the users can use this form unlimited times per case.

‍

How to hide forms that are no longer in use

As your study progresses you may have certain forms that have been used for data collection but should no longer be used. You don't want to completely delete those forms since that will also permanently delete their data.

Here is where hiding forms can be very handy to declutter and keep data entry minimal and clean.
