At any moment you can cancel your subscription from the web dashboard or change your plan.

How to manage billing

To access your billing go to the web dashboard, click on your avatar at the bottom left-hand corner and then on Billing settings:

From here you can see:

• What plan you are currently in and when it will be automatically renewed.
• Your usage, such as amount of users, cases and storage.
• The studies that are under your billing account.

How to upgrade or downgrade subscription

You can change at any point the plan you are in by clicking on Downgrade/upgrade

How to cancel your subscription

To stop your subscription click on Cancel subscription and then OK
