On Teamscope you can share with participants a link to your form. For example: https://app.teamscope.co/forms/18ae7dc3f78e172e

The link to a form can be private or public. If set to public, anyone with the link, without needing a Teamscope, account will be able to submit data.

When the link is set to public entries will be anonymous.

‍

How to create a public form link

Any of your forms can be converted into an online public form.

To do this please go to Form on the web dashboard and select the form you want to share publicly.

Then click on Share to web:

A public link will appear which you can copy/paste to share with participants:

Optional: Assigning public entries to different cases

If you are using case management the entries that are created with a public link will not have a parent case associated with it. You can do this manually by

  1. Turn OFF Group entries by case
  1. On the case column choose the case you want to associate this entry with:
  1. You can then go to that specific case and see that the entry is now associated to it:
