A blank will form will come up for you to enter data.

After re-ordering your forms you can now go back to Data and check that the stages are in the right order.

Frequently asked questions

On form order I have set certain forms to allow multiple entries per case, how does that affect pipeline view?

Let’s suppose that you have a form called “Adverse events form” and it has been used multiple times per patient, then on the pipeline you see a check and a number indicating how many entries with that form have been made.
