As your research evolves you may want to analyse your data halfway.

Teamscope makes this very easy with our saved views feature.

Saved views allows you to filter you data and saved those filters so you can easily and quickly reuse them.

How to use saved views

Saved views can be created and visualised on the web dashboards as well as the iOS and Android app.

To create a new saved views go to the web dashboard and on the left menu click on Data and then New view.

A dropdown will appear with all of your forms.

Select the form you wish you create the saved view from.

Now you give this saved view a custom title and start to subsegment your data by using:

  • Filters: For example only show "patients that are Male, between 30 and 50 and that had COVID-19 in the last 6 months."
  • Columns: You can define which fields of your form should appear on this saved view.
  • Sort: You can set how you wish the data to be sorted.

You can also directly from the saved view add a new entry using this form.

Can I export to CSV or Excel the saved view I created?

Unfortunately no but if you need this please let us know and we are happy to implement it.

Can I combine in a single saved view mutliple forms?

Unfortunately no.

How come I can't filter by "Cases" on saved view?

The saved views feature currently does not support filtering by cases but if you need this please let us know.
