List of main limitation that Studypages Data has.
new
The following features are either not available or in beta mode. Please bear them in mind when getting started or deciding if Studypages Data is the right tool for your project. This list also gives you an overview of the features that are most frequently requested and that we will be working on soon:
β
π£ Update (20 May 2022): Our form builder has grown immensely in the last 12 months. We have added 4 new field types including Matrix and Drilldown, also added the possibility to use formulas within your form and made it easier to make changes to your forms.
Our form builder is still in its early phase. If you have a complex form and would want to build it just by yourself, the bad news is that it might not be possible. The good one π€: We are here to help π. Please don't hesitate to contact support: support@studypages.com.
β
β
π£ Update (8 July 2021): We now lock entries and cases, only users will a special permission can lock or unlock. After an entry or case it is locked no further changes can be made until it is locked.
If you have permissions to view a case or entry you can edit it. The limitation here is that you might want to lock the case or an individual entry after validating the data and prevent others from making changes.
β
You can export your data in spreadsheet format (CSV, Excel, etc) but not to PDF, at least not for now.
β
π£ Update (22 March 2022): We now create change the order between forms and create a strict workflow your team members have to follow between forms. More on this feature here.
At the moment you cannot define dependencies (conditional rules) between forms, only within a form. In other words, you cannot show/hide a form depending on the data that was entered previously on another form.
β
π£ Update (1 December 2021): We now send reminder to participants at random times, you can read more here. We continue to expand on our randomisation capabilities.
In some studies you will want to randomise subjects into different possible treatments (treatment A vs. treatment B). We supported randomization in the past and could bring it back but at the moment it is not a supported feature, sorry.
β
β
